Hi, I'm Tim, a Personal Trainer based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire...

It can seem daunting at first, not knowing where to start if you need or want to improve your fitness or diet - believe me, I've been there, so I completely understand.

Exercise and getting a healthy, balanced diet, can provide huge benefits to your life. But it's not just the physical improvements either, exercise, along with finding the correct balance of vitamins, minerals and macronutrients, can lift your mood, and help with depression, anxiety, and even boosting your self-esteem and confidence. 


Whatever your goals are - Increase to general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain or toning, mental wellbeing or improvements to your diet - I am here to help. I have clients of all ages and I specialize in working with clients in their 30's and 40's as I can relate to the challenges you may be facing such as time, work & family commitments, self confidence and struggles with your diet to name but a few.
