ABOUT ME
During my 30's I discovered the huge benefits of fitness training and it was a complete life-changer for me. Having, like many people, been through tough times I found regular exercise made a significant difference to both my body and mind.

I love being a personal trainer! Helping and supporting my clients in the gym or outdoors and seeing the genuine, positive difference it can help someone to make to their life is a real privilege.
​
I also love getting involved with community-based wellbeing activity projects, helping people of all ages and backgrounds to become more active. I have worked with several local authorities on these projects, such as being a 'Walking for Health' leader. These projects can make a real difference to the physical and mental health of people who wouldn't necessarily go to a gym and I think they are so important to be a part of.

As well a being a Level 3 PT, I'm also a Group Fitness Instructor at a local gym and provide live and online classes:
Boxfit, Combat, Cardio, Body Toning and Legs, Bums and Tums.

I am a certified Boxercise & MetaPWR Instructor, as well as having a more specialised qualification: Level 3 Award in Programming and Supervising Exercise for Disabled Clients.
