Choose your training package
Personal training sessions are exactly that - personal to you - and I will design a training plan to suit only your individual requirements. I do not use generic apps or online plans, that take no consideration of issues you may have, such as health conditions or injuries. I will listen to what you need and work within those parameters, allowing you the time you need to see good, strong progression.

Sessions start from as little as £20 for a 30 minute glove and pad boxing session and from £35 for 1 hour gym sessions. Payment is in advance at the start of each 4 week block of training, to give you that extra accountability to push you forward. All gym sessions are at Puregym Bromsgrove and Puregym membership or a day pass (available from the Puregym website) are required to access the gym.
Active Essential
A 1-hour personal training session with me each week.
Your own weekly session plan.
Initial consultation, then regular body statistics and measurement checks (if you would like them).
Food diary analysis and healthy diet advice.
Periodic fitness evaluation to monitor your progress.
Weekly check-ins, feedback, phone and text support.
Active Plus
Two 1-hour personal training sessions with me each week.
Your own weekly session plan.
Initial consultation then regular body statistics and measurement checks (if you would like them).
Food diary analysis and healthy diet advice.
Periodic fitness evaluation to monitor your progress.
Weekly check-ins, feedback, phone and text support.
Active Extra
A 1-hour personal training session, plus a 30 minute glove and pad/functional training session with me each week.

Periodic fitness evaluation to monitor your progress.

Specialist adaptive training for clients with disabilities.

Spinal cord injury.
Limb amputation.
Cerebral Palsy.
Vision Impairment.
Hearing Impairment.
Development of injury rehabilitation.
+1 year post Stroke: Development of strength, balance and coordination.
Gym equipment technique session

A one hour session, at Puregym Bromsgrove, to help you improve techniques using equipment in the gym or learn how to use different equipment that you haven't used before.
Small group training
​
Small group training is a great, cost effective option for you and up to 3 other people.

1-1 Boxercise & Functional Fitness session
A 30 minute 'pay as you go' option, which includes excited boxing glove & pad training, along with functional exercises, such as tyre flips, slamballs and battleropes.
