What I can offer you... A dedicated and exclusive service, working with no more than 10 clients on my books at any one time, so I can give each person the focus and attention they need.
I'M A PERSONAL TRAINER, NOT A SALESPERSON...
My promise to every client is simple - I am dedicated to helping them as much as I possibly can - I am committed to be there to guide and support them all the way to make those positive changes in life. That's why I became a PT.

The 'hard sell' approach that can be found within my industry is just not for me at all. I never try to pressure anyone to sign up to my service - ultimately it is down to you to put in the hard work, dedication, make sacrifices and have the commitment to make and sustain the changes you need to get you to where you want to be. You have to really want to do it or it just won't work - it's as simple as that.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Whatever your goals - body fat loss, body toning, muscle gain, improved cardio fitness, gym confidence building or positive changes to your mental wellbeing - I can provide you with all the guidance and support you need to achieve your targets.

I can create a program for you whether you're looking to get in shape for your wedding or a holiday and have a specific date to work towards, or you want to see long-term progress and changes.

I'm happy to train you wherever you prefer: in the gym, outdoors, at your own home or even where you work.
​
I like to use a variety of training methods to keep each workout fresh and exciting and motivate you to want to keep coming back for more!

ADAPTIVE SPECIALIST TRAINING
I am qualified* to provide specialist training for clients with the following conditions:

Spinal Cord Injury,
Limb Amputation,
Cerebral Palsy,
Vision Loss/Impairment,
Hearing Loss/Impairment,
Development of injury rehabilitation,
+1 post Stroke: Exercises for strength, coordination and balance development.

'GLOVE & PAD' BOXING & FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
As a certified Boxercise Instructor, I can also offer glove and pad exercises* to add a different element to your training. Boxing exercises are great for muscle toning, cardio and burning off the frustrations of life!
Sessions also include Functional Traininig exercises, such as tyre flips, slamballs, box jumps and battleropes!

DIET CONSULTATION & BODY STATISTICS
Getting a healthy and balanced diet to suit you is not easy and it is so important to have the correct levels of daily calorie and macronutrients intake for your body.
​
We can discuss your current diet, check your body measurements and statistics, such as blood pressure and body fat percentage levels, and work out what and when you need to be eating to get the right balance for you.
This is provided as part of all of my training packages, however I also offer this service to anyone who wants to make improvements to their diet, you don't need to be a PT client. Please see Plans and Pricing for more details.
